Courses Included

1. Learn from Ulf Andersson with IM Boroljub Zlatanovic

What’s the quickest way to raise one’s rating to 2200 Elo?

This is the most common question among all the club players.

Is it the opening preparation? Tactics drills? Endgames?

IM Boroljub Zlatanovic has been coaching chess for nearly two decades… and he knows the answer.

If you are looking for a serious chess boost… you MUST study Strategy.

And there is no better coach to learn from than positional legend Ulf Andersson.

Former number 4 in the world, Ulf used pure fundamentals and simple strategic play to take down heavyweights like Tal, Karpov, and Leko.

And now you have a unique chance to learn Andersson’s ‘pure fundamentals’ approach based on the 7 key factors!

IM Zlatanovic studied Ulf Andersson’s system for years, helping his students to produce outstanding results in the Youth and Junior Championships.

Finally, Boro agreed to record this 10-hour training and reveal Ulf Andersson’s approach to you!

Here’s what you are going to learn:

  • Key Squares Formula – IM Zlatanovic reveals the method that Ulf Andersson used in his games to evaluate, occupy & exploit weak squares. Not only you will start ‘seeing’ the board differently, but you’ll also learn how to plug the ‘weak holes’ in your own camp.

  • Bishop Pair Domination Algorithm – Ulf Andersson is the number 1 player when it comes to winning with the bishop pair. He was able to achieve favorable results no matter who the opponent was. How? Ulf aimed for ‘KEY’ positions and was great at converting them. IM Zlatanovic will teach you this skill.

  • Endgame Toolbox – Ulf Andersson possesses a super-power. He is able to exploit even the slightest advantage to win. The good news is, you can do it too. IM Zlatanovic decoded some of Ulf’s tricks, and you’ll learn how to win in Knight and Rook vs Bishop and Rook endings.

  • Mastering the File Manually – Andersson’s masterful use of the files is responsible for at least half of his wins. Learn the rules, and you too can reliably win a few extra games every week.

And those are just a few things you’ll learn in this massive 10-hour course!

Whether you are competing in a local Chess Club or a major Open Tournament… apply what you learned in this course, and shock your opponents with sure and reliable wins.

About the Author:

IM Boroljub Zlatanovic [2438 FIDE]

is an International Master and a professional chess coach from Serbia. Boroljub has been coaching chess for over 15 years and his students showed outstanding results in the Youth and Junior Championships. Whether you want to improve your endgame (basic, typical, complex), middlegame (global strategy, tactics, and typical positions) or expand and deepen the opening repertoire, you are at the right place!

2. Learn from Jose Raul Capablanca with IM Boroljub Zlatanovic

Want to become a strong player?

You’ve got to have a chess mentor.

The question is… who should be your first mentor?

Jose Raul Capablanca is the BEST mentor you can get.

Not Kasparov, Fischer, or Magnus Carlsen… not even your coach…

Why?

Capa plays the SIMPLEST chess possible, seeking the most natural moves.

Learn this, and you’ll build a strong foundation that nearly guarantees your success.

Serbian IM Boroljub Zlatanovic is back with a new 10-hour training covering the 5 KEY Capablanca’s PRINCIPLES that allowed him to become the strongest player of his generation…

Here’s what you are going to learn:

  • Schematic Thinking Theory – How to find the best moves with ZERO calculation, just like Capablanca did? Grasp the basics of schematic thinking and dominate in short-time control games.
  • Finding Simplest Moves (FSM) – Want to start winning A LOT more games? Learn to play the simplest moves. Not only you’ll get rid of blunders, but you’ll also acquire a new decision-making model based on logic.
  • Rook Endings Mastery – Endgames was one of the KEY reasons why Capablanca went undefeated for nearly 10 years. Learn to win the 5 most important endings with 4 rooks on the board, and that alone will add a couple hundred points to your rating.
  • Unleashing Harmony & Intuition – 90% of Capa’s moves are based on harmony and intuition …not on the calculation. Learn the super-skill of when to ‘neglect’ the calculation, and you’ll be able to see much deeper into position without calculating a single line.
  • Cracking Complex Endgames – Want to become a great player? Learn how to win endgames with unbalanced material. The truth is that 95% of club players and even some titled players have no idea how to play those. Yet, they are not rocket science. (Hint: Easy points for you)

Want to include those in your games? Time to get started.

3. Learn from Aron Nimzowitsch with IM Boroljub Zlatanovic

He wasn’t an attacking genius, endgame wiz, or an engine-like tactician.

Nevertheless, he is considered one of the best players of his generation…

Aron Nimzowitsch had a secret.

Nimzowitsch cracked the code of chess strategy.

He deciphered the principles necessary to beat far more talented players.

And it worked well. He beat Alekhine, Spielmann, Rubinstein and Reti to name a few.

Learn those, and it can change the trajectory of your chess career.

IM Zlatanovic just recorded a 10-hour blueprint for improving chess strategy, based on the 6 principles formulated by Nimzowitsch.

Here’s what you are going to learn:

  • The Center: Demystified – Discover the art of dominating the center of the board, just as Nimzowitsch did. Learn how to control critical squares, launch powerful attacks, and fortify your position from the heart of the board.

  • Navigating the Bishop Pair – Unleash the true potential of the bishop pair, turning them into formidable weapons on the board. Nimzowitsch’s insights will help you navigate the nuances of this powerful advantage.

  • Mastering the Files – Gain a tactical edge by mastering the open and semi-open files. Nimzowitsch’s techniques will show you how to exert maximum influence over these crucial highways of the game.

  • Mastering the Squares – Chess is a battle for key squares, and Nimzowitsch’s strategic brilliance will teach you how to seize and maintain control over vital areas of the board, stifling your opponent’s plans.

  • The Principle of Constricting – Learn the art of constriction, a Nimzowitsch specialty. Discover how to restrict your opponent’s pieces, limit their mobility, and suffocate their position with your strategic prowess.

  • Unleashing Your Creativity – Nimzowitsch was renowned for his creative, unconventional play. We’ll unravel his secrets, inspiring you to infuse your games with creativity, surprise, and innovation.

In this 10-hour comprehensive course, you’ll delve deep into the timeless wisdom of one of the greatest chess minds of all time.

And most importantly, you’ll learn HOW to copy & paste these principles directly into your own games.

4. Learn from Vishy Anand with GM Marian Petrov

He won the Chess Oscar six times.

He won the World Chess Champion title five times.

He is the first Indian Grandmaster.

He has crazy rapid playing speed (called the Lightning Kid).

And he is considered one of the best attacking players of all time.

If you could not guess by now, I am talking about…

(Drumroll please)

Vishwanathan Anand.

You know who he is – “one of the greatest in the whole history of chess” as per Kramnik.

What if you could get the chance to study his playing style (along with his best games) in 10.5 hours with another seasoned grandmaster and chess coach?

GM Marian Petrov has brand-new training for you, Learn from Vishy Anand.

Broken down to 15 chapters, Petrov goes over Anand’s wins over the legends, positional chess versus the top players, his mastery over the Sicilian, his long battles with Kasparov, and much more.

This exclusive training is for anyone who is in the attacking vs positional dilemma and wants to know how they can merge these two into a powerful chess play. (Learn from Anand on how it’s done!)

Here’s what you are going to learn:

  • A fork on the knight and the bishop. A tremendous blow to Black, right? Anand shows you when your opponent is busy grabby your material, why you should focus on the jugular instead. Black’s dark-square bishop quickly goes over to the h4 square. Then the Black queen goes to the g6. Can you see how it played out? If not, let Petrov show you. It’s a beauty.

  • Ratings lie. One of the players was 2300-ish rated and another one was 2500+. Can you guess who? If you said Anand was the higher-rated one, you are WRONG! Anand as White pushed his g-pawn forward. So what? Black simply captures it back with the h-pawn. Not so fast. The White rook lands itself directly in front of the Black and then… a timely sacrifice. Yes, that’s a 2300-rated player for you.

  • What does White do next? Let this be a puzzle for you. This game was played between Anand and Mamedyarov in Wijk aan Zee 2019. Black played 27…Rbe4. Simple stuff… or is it? FYI White wins in the next two moves. Take your time and find out how. Or you can also check the video where Petrov covers this game for you. Learn how to see invisible tactics in winning positions.

I probably don’t have to convince you much at this point about how invaluable the training is for you.

5. Attack Like Ding Liren with IM Boroljub Zlatanovic

Ding Liren made it to the Candidates’ Tournament after Karyakin got disqualified.

Ding scored second… and got a spot in the Championship Match against Nepomniatchi after Magnus refused to defend the title.

A quick loss later, no one seem to believe Ding had any fighting chance.

But he proved everyone wrong… by first taking the Match to tiebreaks…

And then winning the very last game and securing the Title.

Ding is a super-careful player with an excellent sense of danger and a superb ability to utilize all the available resources.

But once he starts an attack… he goes all in.

Ding is an excellent role model, for all chess players that want to master attacking chess.

In this new, 6-hour training, IM Boroljub Zlatanovic provides an in-depth analysis of Ding Liren’s games and demonstrates the techniques and skills you need to succeed at the highest level.

Here’s what you are going to learn:

  • What is a patient attack and how to use it to create pressure on your opponent?
  • Identifying and exploiting weaknesses in your opponent’s position
  • How to launch a direct attack on your opponent’s position?
  • Insights into Ding Liren’s thought process during critical moments in the Match
  • Grandmaster’s strategies to counter your opponent’s initiative and regain control of the game

And most importantly, you’ll learn how to develop a super-GM instinct in your attacks, identify key weaknesses, and learn how to execute crushing attacks with the precision and accuracy of the new World Champion.

6. Positional Mastery of Magnus Carlsen with GM Davorin Kuljasevic

Ever played a stronger player and found that, even though you make no tactical mistakes, you keep finding yourself with no good moves?

These guys are racking up points – at your expense – thanks to their deeper understanding of the positional play.

But now you’re going to turn the tables by learning the positional secrets of Magnus Carlsen!

Supercoach GM Darvin Kuljasevic has put together an extraordinary 8-hour training that explains – in detail – how Carlsen dominates the world’s elite using just 9 POSITIONAL TECHNIQUES.

Learn these and you will slice through even your toughest opponents like a hot knife through butter.

Exactly What You’re Getting

This is not the best game collection. Nor is it a rehash of the usual positional ideas you’ve heard a million times before.

GM Kuljasevic has spent years studying Carlsen’s games, working out how the highest-rated player of all-time manages to consistently get great positions and convert them to wins – even against 2800 players.

It’s Magnus’ complete mastery of these 9 ideas that allows him to dominate in blitz and rapid play too – he knows exactly what to do with minimum calculation.

What does the course cover?

  • The unstoppable zugzwang – Chess is easy when your opponent has no good moves! Kuljasevic reveals the specific moves Carlsen uses to reduce his rival’s piece activity until their position crumbles like a cookie.
  • Free-flowing attacks – GM Kuljasevic explains Magnus’ blueprint for building free-flowing attacks by accepting one weakness in return for a more significant one. See how Carlsen used this idea to crush Nakamura with light-square domination: 29.Be6! Rxg5 30.Qxg5 fxe5 31.dxe6 and the beautiful f7# to follow.
  • The most valuable points – The hardest points to win are against ultra-solid players… especially if you have Black. To win these games, Carlsen uses a very similar strategy to that used by Fischer. GM Kuljasevic reveals how you can apply this powerful 3-step plan in chapter 4.

7. Learn from Anatoly Karpov with GM Bryan Smith

In 1983, Garry Kasparov was storming onto the chess scene combining enormous energy with eye-bulging aggression and computer-like super-deep calculations…

Even seasoned veterans like Korchnoi were swept up in the whirlwind of tactical complications.

But then, in 1984, he met an opponent he could barely budge…

This guy somehow sidestepped all of Kasparov’s attacks and calmly attained a nice positional edge…

…then he squeezed and squeezed and squeezed until the victory was certain.

No risk. No complications. No need to worry.

This strategic maestro was the 12th World Champion, Anatoly Karpov.

This course is an eye-opening look into Karpov’s most instructive games covering the early childhood years, his rise to the top, and his legendary years as World Champion.

In Learn from Anatoly Karpov, GM Bryan Smith takes you on a 10-hour journey through Karpov’s entire career and skillfully extracts the most instructive nuggets for you to model and improve your own chess.

If you’re ready to delve into one of the deepest minds in chess history, now is your chance to learn all there is that Karpov’s games have to offer.

You’ll Discover Karpov’s Most Powerful Secrets like…

  • How Karpov Dismantled Spassky with CLINICAL Precision! Was this the game that gave Fischer second thoughts about facing Karpov? Spassky’s Sicilian was torn apart without violence – only surgeon-like precision and powerful positional play! (See Chapter 7)

    Karpov-Spassky after 25.Kh2!
  • The Method to Effortlessly Handle Kasparov…as Black! Learn to put up that “Karpov Brickwall” that even the most powerful attacker in history could not break through! (See Chapter 21)
  • How Karpov Used Prophylaxis…even in the Ultra-Sharp Dragon…and CRUSHED Korchnoi! Karpov was a positional player, but he could certainly attack as well…in this example, GM Smith shows you a stunning game where Karpov attacks, stops for a moment to prevent ALL counterplay (with a single move!), and then resume his attack. Highly instructive for aspiring club players! (See Chapter 16)

It’s time to master chess by learning from one of the legends of positional chess…12th world champion Anatoly Karpov!… Let’s go!

8. Learn from Garry Kasparov with GM Pap Gyula

Some call him the GOAT—even higher than the likes of Karpov, Fischer, or Capablanca.

He dominated the chess world for over a decade when he became the World Champion in 1985 until he lost it to Kramnik in 2000.

You know who I am talking about…

None other than the great Garry Kasparov.

His play is often compared to that of Alekhine, and of whom Carlsen himself noted, “I’ve never seen someone with such a feel for dynamics in complex positions.”

He held the highest rating of 2856.7 until it was broken by Carlsen in 2013.

When it comes to tactical play, every game he played often turned out to be a masterpiece.

It’s ridiculous to say that you can learn to play like him.

GM Gyula Pap thinks otherwise.

He thinks, even if you can’t become Kasparov in a day, you sure can learn a thing or two from his games. However, to study his games, you need to understand the deeper dynamics that he usually played for. Every move he made earned him a tempo. Every piece positioning had a complicated idea lurking underneath. Every attack had a hidden agenda that the opponent often wasn’t able to see through.

As a lower-rated player, it is often not easy to understand grandmaster-level games. Forget about the games of Kasparov!

That’s why, in his new course Learn from Garry Kasparov, he covers a whole bunch of Kasparov’s games, each of them covering a particular theme, and shows you how Kasparov played his games.

This 10-hour video training is not just highly instructive but also sheer fun!

Here’s what you are going to learn:

  • Trade for a tempo gain. Kasparov mastered the art of trading with a gain in tempi… his opponent thinks, it’s just an exchange! Wrong. It occasionally came with another threat, forcing his opponent to take on a more passive role.
  • King in the center. Playing against the attacking legend and keeping your king in the center? You know you are asking for trouble. Learn how Garry usually would jump on the offensive where even, if his opponent could launch an attack on his king, it would be too late.
  • Undeveloped and STUPID! His opponents might be a top-class GM but he would often make them look stupid. Especially if they delayed their piece development… oops! Give a special look at the Kasparov vs Salov game commentary in Chapter 4.
  • A bishop pair for a “beast”. God forbid, if you ever ended up against Kasparov where he yielded his two bishops and you didn’t. Ever felt crippled and helpless? That’s what you feel like. Let Pap show you how Kasparov yielded his bishops like two swords in two hands!
  • Slow and unsteady. The beast from Baku is that sonic-fast hare who always takes advantage of his slow-poke tortoise opponent…even if it meant a piece sacrifice and better piece play. He would often squeeze every ounce of play out of his opponent until they surrendered.

Frankly, this video training is not just some course out on the market. This is a tribute to his rich chess legacy that spans over 15 years and makes him the legend he is.

Every game covered tells you why Kasparov is “Kasparov”.

Having a deeper understanding of how he thinks and plays will immensely help you in your chess career, regardless of the rating you carry. Moreover, if you are a fan of Kasparov and you LOVE tactical chess, you will love this course.

9. Learn from Bobby Fischer with GM Misa Pap

He learned chess at 6.

Won the U.S Championship at 14.

Became a Grandmaster at 15.

Proceeded to become the first-ever American-born Chess Champion… rated 2785 FIDE in 1972 – way before chess databases and engines!

Of course, we are talking about one of the greatest players of all time, Bobby Fischer.

Many Grandmasters have compared Fischer’s play to a machine. Bobby was an attacking genius, an endgame wizard, and had no visible weaknesses.

If you want to supercharge your chess you must learn from the best.

GM Misa Pap has created an incredible 10-hour training based on Fischer’s 6 BIG Super-Skills: Preparation, Attacking Play, Deep Strategy, Endgame Play, Mental Power, and Resilience.

Master those and you will become an unstoppable winning machine.

About the Author

GM Misa Pap (FIDE 2521) is a self-made Serbian Grandmaster. He is a winner of 16 international tournaments with 2600+ performances, former youth Champion of Yugoslavia, and 3-times Champion of Vojvodina. GM Pap is a regular participant of the European Chess League and has over 15 years of coaching experience. He is also a regular contributor to Chess Informant.

Some of what you will learn:

  • The Preparation – Imagine having no video courses, chess databases, or engines. Opening preparation would take weeks of hard work. And that’s just to learn a single line. Fischer aced it, and GM Misa Pap has learned some of his secrets.
  • Deep Strategy – Fischer displayed an incredible level of positional understanding even when playing against the world’s best. Bobby outclassed them like he was in a totally different league. GM Pap has studied the deep strategy used by Fischer and will help you enhance your own positional skills.
  • Mental Power – To beat Alekhine you must win three times: in the opening, in the middlegame, and in the endgame. It was no different for Bobby! He demonstrated his maximum willpower to outplay his opponents, no matter what. It is a trait of a true champion, and a must-have if you are serious about the game!
  • Complete Resilience – Everyone will end up in a bad position at some point. Fischer never gave up and continued fighting ’til the very end. He had almost “unnatural” levels of energy allowing him to win many ‘lost’ games. GM Pap has spent years studying Fischer’s play and will help you unleash and refine this super-skill!
  • Fischer-fear” Attacking Play – Fischer was most famous for his relentless ability to attack. He was crushing his opponent’s minds by winning every single game in major tournaments. This phenomenon was called “Fischer-fear”. Other players would panic, make mistakes and lose the game. GM Pap will give you a few tips on how to develop this skill.
  • The Fischer Endgame – IM Silman named Fischer as one of the 5 best endgame players of all time. Fischer was truly unstoppable in bishop endings. GM Misa Pap closely examines how you can mimic Fischer’s endgame play and take your chess career to the next level.

GM Misa Pap has done an amazing job compiling all the essential knowledge into an easy-to-follow 10-hour course.

Take this course, study the games, follow the GM Pap’s advice and it will take your chess ability to an entirely new dimension.
