Biel Round 10: Alekseev wins and catches the leader

Russian GM Evgeny Alekseev scored a win against Yannick Pelletier and tied at the first position with the cuban GM Leinier Dominguez. Dominguez lost with black pieces against the french GM Etienne Bacrot meanwhile Carlsen and Onischuk drew.
